      Lot of Good opportunities both with offshore and onsite

      Management layer between PM and SPM are too political. No rewards for your efforts

      Good to start career here. Lots of opportunities to learn and move around the world(if you are lucky)

      Cons

      Very bad work environment, makes you a 'Yes' man, salary on very low side and not much growth opportunity.

      Great infrastructure, good culture, good facilities latest technology to work on. latest softwares.

      Cons

      No salary increments. Very less pay. No say in the management decisions.

      Advice to Management

      Please pay according to current market standards and do take notice of inflation.

      Lot of exposure to multiple aspects of project delivery and management. Great place to learn and a stepping stone for growth.

      Cons

      Really long working hours with numerous unsaid expectations. Too competitive as the performance management policies are not good enough. Employee benefits are minimal

      I have been working at Infosys full-time for more than 5 years

      Pros

      - Excellent training facility at Mysore. You are really a polished product at the end of training. - External certifications are encouraged - There is a higher sense of motivation since Dr. Vishal Sikka has taken over - Lots of programs are being carried out like Design Thinking, Zero Distance which has a positive impact on the overall atmosphere. - A number of facilities are provided inside the campus

      - Certifications create hurdles for promotion which increases the overall time for promotion. - Management can be improved by being more employee-centric. - Working hours are forced upon everyone

      Advice to Management

      Please be more employee centric and working hours shouldn't be enforced.
