In relation to pay, we continue to benchmark our salaries on an annual basis, recognising that we are operating in the not-for-profit sector and offer other benefits such as salary sacrificing, annual leave loading and flexible working to attribute to the total reward package for our team members. We continue to support our managers in leading their teams, and in fact have continued to see a year-on-year increase in employee satisfaction with their managers, now sitting at 83% favourable according to our most recent Employee Engagement Survey.
