Live your Life, Don't do this- Advice from someone
Pros
They say that the best thing you will get is that at least you will get to 'WORK FROM HOME' Promotions are readily available for high-performing employees. Interns quickly advance to leadership positions, but salary growth is stagnant.
Cons
Management can be discouraging, often resorting to verbal harassment, and making even small mistakes can lead to being publicly humiliated. The work environment is highly pressurized. Schedules change frequently, often every other day, instead of the 2-4 month rotations. A strict "no work, no pay" policy is in place, and time off is virtually nonexistent. Getting 'Late to work' is unacceptable but 'out of scope work' is acceptable. There's little to no opportunity for growth. The company doesn't sponsor certifications, leaving employees to fend for themselves. There's a complete lack of encouragement to pursue professional development. Job responsibilities often don't align with job titles. You'll be expected to fulfill Tier 3 responsibilities while receiving Tier 1 compensation. The company seems to prioritize hiring interns over experienced analysts, often under the misconception that 'fresh graduates' are more dedicated. While management might disagree, I strongly advise against accepting a position here. Your mental health and well-being are more important than this job.
