    Disapproves of CEO

I have been working at Inspira Health Network full-time for more than a year

    Pros

No enforcement of policies makes a fun work environment. No rules.

    Cons

Management and administrative team don't care about adequate training or professional advancement for subordinates. They are hyperfocused on finances to the point that pharmacy practice at this institution is severely stunted. They don't delegate enough for fear of losing any power which further weakens the pharmacy services. Long term employees get away with socializing all day and look down on employees who focus on patient care over incessant small talk. Cliques sequester advancement and resume building opportunities.

    No Opinion of CEO

I worked at Inspira Health Network full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

RNs were great to work with- friendly and supportive.

    Cons

Upper management has favorites, does not think of staff safety the way it should on the inpatient psych floor, worked short staffed many times and management didn’t help. They sat in their back offices when staff needed help.
