I have been working at Inspira Health Network full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

I feel I am getting paid well and better than anywhere else I have worked. Inspira provides tuition reimbursement which is definitely appreciated. My manager is so understanding and is like family. I feel blessed to be part of Inspira.

    Cons

I hate to use my PTO for holidays but this is a minor issue to me.

I worked at Inspira Health Network full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Awesome pay, room to advance, tuition reimbursement, excellent "lower management". Clinical staff has a wonderful family atmosphere. "Team" is a fundamental idea

    Cons

Don't ever get comfortable! They let me go in order to rehire a previous employee, and hire a directors son

I worked at Inspira Health Network full-time for more than 8 years

    Pros

Local. Shared governance model for nurses. Opportunities for involvement with councils. Good tuition reimbursement. Self-scheduling on some units.

    Cons

Understaffed is the norm rather than the exception. Cafeteria food could be better. Self-scheduling not available on all units. Courtesy and kindness to employees is not shown as it should be.
