      Directors are relative of the boss Sucking up to the Directors is an essential to survive in this company Office politics is so rampant you need crazy balls carrying skills to survive here Minimal opportunity to grow in a SME culture that is toxic. If you outperform your seniors, they will try all ways to get rid of you

      Pros

      Is Chinese towkay company. Workers got no say and cannot give comment . Job is easy, just do what the boss tell you to do. No SOP.

      Cons

      Towkay boss is crazy, Everyday will shout staff across the office for apparent no reason. Only like female staff, male staff suffered. When he is bad mood, will sack staff immediately. No job security here. Cannot plan far for the family.
