They employ juniors, but pay in experience (min vage)

Micromanagement, for fully remote work you are still obliged to stay in the office, paying for parking is on you (no support from company). Toxis atmosphere and awful working conditions as well as working contract that can be interpreted in the way manager wants. People is resource

- pay on time - give basic equipment for work
Cons
- unconcerned and no respect for the employee - try to reduce vacation even without warnings - same if they want to fire you
