Collaborative work environment. Everyone working here is of a very high calibre so you can get so much done. You feel like you can tackle any technical challenge here.

Cons

Increasing controlled through documentation has had a negative effect for the long term employees who feel its changed from the place it used to be. I say its a good thing as we sell our quality and this is the best way to control that.
