    Negative Outlook

I worked at Irwin Mitchell full-time

    Pros

A firm with friendly junior staff

    Cons

Favouritism runs rife and different parameters are applied for different people. Senior management make decisions on a whim lurching one way to the next with no strategy or plan which has borne out in the disastrous bls experiment for which no senior figure will be held accountable. Staff are forced to give positive reviews and the number of recent supposed 5 star reviews here by people who claim to have limited and part time exposure are imo evidence of this. Don’t expect fair and honest appraisals - just concentrate on getting in with the right crowd. This is the only way to get ahead here.
