    Pros

Best job I’ve had, without a doubt! - Flexible Hours, depending on location. (Management) - Relaxed environment normally minus the obvious rush from students and big events. - Good pay to start out with!

    Cons

A good staff relationship and the job make it far too comfortable and good to work at, however the company itself isn’t the best. Hence the 4/5, hard sometimes to manage breaks & meet everyone’s expectations. - Sometimes can be a hard environment to progress in, again… Depending on location.

    Pros

Employee app, free food on shift, 20% discount when off duty, company policies that are up to date with the times, eg mental health, antisexual harassment. Very good training programmes avaliable.

    Cons

Need to filter out the "dead wood" prohibiting potential company stars from shining.

Employee retention, they try and help as much as possible to help you stay with the company. They also offer a apprenticeship scheme which allows you to gain another gcse or a level depending on your position in the company.

    Cons

They hours can be tough, especially if you’re not used to staying up late!

    Pros

Above minimum pay, good bonuses if full-time (depends on audit and standart results), like a second family, good career prospects.

    Cons

Random working hours, people management could be better: some work less hard than the others and get same pay.

    Pros

Free food and drink whilst working 50% off just before or after your shift (take a meal home) 20% off duty discount extended to 3 friends Good bonuses (pub specific) Good training and management progression

    Cons

Can occasionally work overtime to ensure business needs are met, but this isn’t paid. Long shifts and often late shifts if your pub is a heavy night time trader.
