    Very good pay especially for young people, and very flexible hours to match a student's lifestyle.

    Cons

    Work can be very demanding if there is a lack of staff on. Staff turn over is incredibly high.

    Not only do you get a great discount you can I have flexible hours and if you want to progress you can do so very very quick

    Unsociable hours Pay could be better No after support for staff (when subjected to violence etc) Some management are stuck up there own a£&e ( think they are better than everyone else) Some area managers don’t listen to their staff either It’s a frustrating job, customers can be extremely rude

    Support your staff better You’re not better than anybody else we’re all human! Listen to your staff and what they are saying, support them.

    Competitive pay, flexible hours. Good bonus schemes.

    Cons

    Even though, hours are flexible and can be adjusted to your lifestyle, for some they are really unsociable. If you work in Lloyds, more than likely you'll always work Friday/Saturday night shifts.
