    The pay is good and you are paid on a weekly basis. You meet lots of fun people and your colleagues become like your family. Shifts often seem to go very quickly because it is a fast-paced environment. Pub managers are always looking to progress your career

    Cons

    Long hours, sometimes a late shift would finish at 5am and you will be on your hands and knees cleaning Shift pattern changes every week so it is impossible to plan to stuff in your social life You have no social life Customers can be very difficult Can be understaffed frequently Late night shifts and chaotic environment can effect your mental health
