Love the culture - everyone wants to see you succeed Pay is good Location is great Benefits are really nice

      Cons

Sometimes it can feel like your voice wouldn't be heard but the company is massive so it kind of makes sense.

      Pros

Exposure to top quality clientele, leading technology, great benefits, and location near the Pitt Street retail shopping district

      Cons

However, 2017 and 2018 witnessed a significant drain of talent and leadership from the VP and ED ranks across JPMorgan Custody and Fund Services to other organisations. Departures saw clients voice their concerns directly to JPM senior leadership though leadership did not care to hold onto and retain its talent opting instead to let go of that talent. JPs staff losses have been someone else’s gain to the detriment of client service. Place is run by leaders that are inwardly focused and lack the sophistication to show leadership for clients and internal staff. Leaders lack the capabilities to show to clients the value of much of the capabilities that clients benefit from. Large institutional clients are now starting to leave the fold and look elsewhere for support for their needs.
