    I have been working at J Sainsbury part-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

    I am registered disabled with a number of health issues but they support me to do my best in the role I have. When I need to take time for hospital appointments we look at my shifts and work round so I can get to them but not by missing working hours. Throughout lockdown we have been provided with free food and drink, hot and cold food, the whole store have worked as a great team to get through the lockdown well supported by our managers. Good pay for the type of job we do

    Cons

    Lack of face to face training these days as it's all delivered on line. Contracts are less flexible compared to old ones. Some safety measures are poor in the store
