I have been working at jabmo for some time now in the MRU branch and even if management had always had problems, it was something we could overlook. Now their decisions are more eratic and inconsistent. Their Covid19 policy for example and decision related to this is the opposite of employee welfare when Mauritius is undergoing the highest number of cases and death due to the virus.
Sometimes they do take good decisions and improve employee welfare but recently this has not been the case:
management decisions are inconsistent with employee welfare
poor work-life balance and no proper definition of what one should do
small office with no social distancing
growth only in certain teams
management listens to employees but not a lot of actions taken
