    Doesn't Recommend

I worked at Jack Wolfskin part-time

    Pros

Nice people with sales rewards now and again.

    Cons

Long shifts with barely anything to do. Management don't do much, but expect a lot from you, such as hitting sales targets, daily and weekly. In-store competitions that don't boost team morale. Pay isn't great either.

I worked at Jack Wolfskin full-time

    Pros

Internal sport activities and courses. Big discounts for almost all the products.

    Cons

Unfortunately, I must say this is one of the worst companies I have ever worked for. As very much understaffed, employees have very much workload, therefore many overtime hours, stress and pressure since the beginning. Compensation for such thing is not competitive at all. A lot young people left the company, and some even due to burnout. Quite sad fact for such known brand. Verh much far from flat hierarchy, while you have supervisors monitoring every single step you take. From career development not much can be expected since management is not so open minded. Home office used to be nice benefit keeping your work life balance in a better shape, but that got cancelled as well.
