    Neutral Outlook

I have been working at Jaguar Land Rover (Less than a year)

    Pros

Good experience of a wider business, as an intern got placed straight into a team and was allowed to get on with my own work, but offered lots of guidance

    Cons

Some areas don't have a lot of progression, seems like several employees stuck in same role for 10+ years, not sure if that's of their own choice

I have been working at Jaguar Land Rover full-time (More than 5 years)

    Pros

Potential for flexible working (and hours in some cases), employee offers and schemes. Great brand, opportunities to drive the cars, facilities dramatically improving by the day.

    Cons

Some archaic systems from Ford / PAG days create unnecessary additional work. Some areas of the business can be under high stress and long hours - launch teams, etc.

    Advice to Management

Put resources into improving and updating systems that talk to each other to prevent duplication of work and multiple sources of (what should be) the same data.
