I worked at JetBlue full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Benefits were good. The company really tries to live by it's core values. Meet new people everyday. It's always fast pace and exciting .

    Cons

Pay is not industry standard. In the airline industry it's who you know.

I have been working at JetBlue full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Innovation, creativeness, comradery, not micro managing at all, excitement to work, great flight benefits, PTO, bonus, health insurance

    Cons

Pay, work life balance, lack of communication amongst important key players, growth in certain stations, favoritism

I have been working at JetBlue full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Benefits. Impact of your work. Work life balance.

    Cons

Claim to give "industry standard wage", but isn't when cost of living is taken into account.

I worked at JetBlue full-time for more than a year

    Pros

The office itself was a great environment to work in by being clean, neat, and open. The perks of working with an airline are great. The work/life balance was the best I've had yet. A great place for growth and professional development, especially for fresh graduates.

    Cons

Not many opportunities to move up. Lateral moves are common since upward mobility is difficult. Travel perks, although nice, deter from salary being more competitive. Long Island City is not in Manhattan, but actually right across the river in Queens so accessibility may be more complicated.

I have been working at JetBlue full-time for more than a year

    Pros

By far the greatest part of JetBlue is the culture and the general security that usually comes with working at a Fortune 500 company during normal times.

    Cons

As tends to be the case in the airline industry, pay tends to lag behind similar roles in other industries. Additionally, the airline industry is particularly susceptible to economic downturns.
