    Great leadership, fun environment, fabulous company culture. The travel benefits are great. A company you can be proud to work for. Working from home is wonderful

    Strict schedule but trading is allowed. Pay is a little low. Sometimes you feel like a number

    Great benefits, can pick up a lot of hours and OT

    Mandatory overtime during irregular operations which require agents to be on call if they require mandatory OT

    Good benefits and flexible schedule that’s the best part about the job i don’t know what else to say

    Micro managed and if you miss one hour you gotta make it up with like 6 hours

    Pros

    The flexibility is amazing. They allow you to take your breaks when you want. You have the option to trade shift up to the minute before it starts. The values/culture is remarkable. The ceo is fantastic and makes even Frontline feel appreciated.

    Cons

    The biggest con is the pay. Other airlines offer way better pay. They also don't value agents who have been working for them for years. They fire senior agents so they can avoid paying them the higher pay.
