I worked at JetBlue part-time for more than 5 years

    Pros

Work from home, earned PTO, shift trades, very flexible schedule. Values are communicated & not executed the best but they are trying.

    Cons

Abuse from customers all day. Systems are always broken. You are not given time to accomplish work tasks given so you spend lots of time doing work stuff & not getting paid. Communication to frontline crewmembers is low & customers often know things about their flight or airports or even JetBlue before employees.

    I worked at JetBlue part-time

    Pros

    - Flexible - Work from home - Free flights - Awesome benefits, even for part-time.

    Cons

    - Low pay. For everything we do and new systems being learned and the constant change of the airline industry, it was extremely low start out pay. - Work from home. I listed this for both a pro and a con because it was unfortunately the biggest reason I left. It's very isolating, especially for a young, single adult with no other huge responsibilities and my only source of income being this job. It definitely works for a ton of people, but just consider your lifestyle. - Management is hit or miss. I've heard of some great experiences, but my direct supervisor contacted me maybe once a month... I just felt very disconnected, not cared for as an employee.
