Cool place with lots of data and action

Pros

Hands-on and dynamic working culture, gets to work with direct access to data, no red-tape and latency with access permissions, good exposure to a variety of work domains, quick decision-making and very flat hierarchy, very nice and helpful colleagues.

Cons

You need to wear multiple hats at any one time (typical startup style), so if you are not game for that or can't multi-task well, it can be quite exhausting.

Cons

- The working process and the documentation not yet mature - Inconsistent decision - Lack of people that can translate an Idea/problem to a business flow.

Helping people stay employed - elsewhere

Pros

- Great stepping stone for career switchers or fresh grads - Great colleagues

Cons

Working a role meant for 3–4 people alone? Management calls that “operating at optimal strength.” Got a customer complaint? If you’re even remotely involved, brace yourself for a severe public browbeating by the CEO over Google Meet. Yes, a significant amount of manhours are set aside for his power-tripping theatrics. Customer success? A one-man show with implicit KPIs on overpromising on deliverables, juggling unrealistic timelines and buying time with well-crafted apologies. Sound anecdotal? The recent mass Exodus should speak for itself.
