I worked at John Holland Group full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Good wages and nothing else.

    Cons

Bullying and Harassment are rife. When I told one of my supervisor that he has to stop ringing my family and frightening them he refused and said he would not stop until quit. The reason he wanted me to quit was because he did something wrong and I saw him do it.

    Advice to Management

Teach management and Supervisors how to treat people with respect. And set up a real complaints department and not Naser. Which I believe is only set up to cover up what goes on there.

I have been working at John Holland Group full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The pay is good and John Holland are still getting work in these tough times. Good pay and lots of OT.

    Cons

Bullying and Harassment are the norm from Management. HR reinforce the culture instead of trying to fix it. Toxic environment.

    Advice to Management

Managers need to be trained appropriately and HR need to hold managers accountable by upholding the values and policies that are written on their walls.
