    Pros

The pay is good and John Holland are still getting work in these tough times. Good pay and lots of OT.

    Cons

    Advice to Management

Managers need to be trained appropriately and HR need to hold managers accountable by upholding the values and policies that are written on their walls.

    Pros

Was good pay. Now trying to screw workers

    Cons

Poor management full of themselves, bullying and harassment by management when you disagree with them. Management promote teamwork in their written propaganda, but actively discourage it in practice. Have caught them actively lying numerous times.

    Advice to Management

Practice what you preach. Be honest with people and not just tell them what you think they want to hear
