I have been working at Kansas City Southern full-time

    Pros

Good pay and that's about it.

    Cons

This whole railroad is a joke, I worked for the UP and BNSF and the KCS takes the cake when it comes to gross incompetence. The management are all hired and promoted with the buddy buddy system and it's effects on our logistical systems are painfully obvious to anyone but the manager because he has no idea what he is doing. The buddy buddy system infects all of our transportation management, from our yardmasters, Train masters, upto our division superintendents.
