    Pros

Extensive training programs and coaching assistance. Completely equipped office at your disposal. Team environment in a professional, yet casual office setting.

As a new, start-up Realtor expenses to get a client book up and running is costly. Be prepared for several months of monthly operating expenses with little to no income to offset them.

I have been working at Keller Williams full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Profit share is a real thing
    Everyone here is ridiculously nice.
HR is *actually* concerned with whether you, the employee, is happy. It's not just a department where they try to protect execs when they're shady (also because I've yet to see any actual shadiness from anyone here), they seem like people who just really care about other people. No mean girls (or boys), here.
Also, my bosses seem to care and want me to be happy. My boss literally encourages me not to spend my whole weekend clicking through job-related tutorials and wants me to have a life.
PMs answer your questions right away and welcome questions, they never ding you for putting in a lot of tickets if there's a lot of tickets to file.
Weekend work isn't unheard of but isn't a lot
Everyone in engineering is GONE by 5:30 every day.
They respect that people need to pick up/drop off kids and such if you have those

Never had a meeting before 8am or after 5pm
I've been reimbursed for some travel/training

    Cons

Not a lot of people in my demographics, which doesn't give the feel of as much camaraderie as i've had at previous companies.
There's a LOT of work to do and sometimes it can be spread out and makes it hard to focus on just one thing to completion every day. You're often jumping between things all day.
Lots of outsourcing, which is a little hard just because it means more asynchronous communication
