I have been working at Keller Williams full-time

    Pros

Support, training, incentives, opportunities for growth and independent learning, technology tools are all great.

    Cons

This isn't really a con, more the reality of the industry. You have to show up, do the work, and work hard at it. Although it happens from time to time, you generally won't be just handed leads.
