      Pros

The training is amazing. There is always classes being offered to advance you forward.

      Cons

Profit share is suppose to be this wonderful thing. You pay in every single commission and unless you personally sign up new agents, that is money you will never see again. So if you are just wanting list or sell, this is not a company for you.

      Pros

Company invests in training events (agents pay for classes) to help agents grow business. Pretty good split and cap for agents.

      Cons

Highly interested in volume of agents and less of a personal connection with company. New agents have to essentially buy support and rely on helpful agents to navigate processes.

Training opportunities cost $$ - need better support for new agents.

      Cons

Trainings cost pretty big money. Not good support for new agents.

      Pros

At first I thought pros would be the training an technology but after a year I dont think thats the case anymore.

      Cons

Im sure alot of people love KW. But over the year Ive learned a few things. Your checks wont be available for weeks after closing. Sales meetings are pointless and just a waste of time. Thier technology and apps are always crashing so clients dont use them. Office is very clicky to point noone really seems friendly. C.E. classes cost a butt ton of money when other local companies pay for it. Overall..KW isnt for new agents. Their contract has more pages for the profit share program than anything else. Office is depressing. And the team splits make no sense an not worth it. If your new id advise against hanging license at KW Greater Omaha. The suppport staff just isnt supportive. New agents are over looked an mishandled big time.
