Away from hectic downtown. That's all folks.
Cons
No clear training. Issues with money. Complete lack of management- it's almost as if a bunch of people are sitting a room doing "something" but I have no idea what. It's the strangest place ever and be prepared to be micromanaged.

Downtown location; really good beer and coffee bar in the same building.
Cons
Owner/CEO says whatever he needs to in order to get what he wants, with absolutely no intention of following through with commitments or promises. This is true for customers and employees alike. No experience in management or workforce. Hires inexperienced employees because of the assumption that they will be easier to fool/control, and will be cheaper. Vindictive towards former employees, and not above lying about or ignoring outstanding obligations. CEO and "CFO" are engaged, and bring personal arguments and business into the office constantly. Makes for an extremely uncomfortable environment.
