Pros

The hours. There are no other pros. How can you give 20 words of a pro that there isn't any?

Cons

I agree with all the prior comments. More people haven't posted here because they are not aware of this sight. Have you ever noticed why there are never any postings for this company? Because they use a Temp agency or they list it under a PO Box so no one knows it's them. Turnover is unbelievable, the favoritism is sickening, don't question anything and don't you ever think about disputing what management says or quote the so called handbook (which is a joke). Not allowed to talk or be friends with anyone, being followed to the bathroom, not allowed to have personal calls. Has anyone ever wondered why? They monitor your calls and emails people. There are cameras everywhere, they watch every move you make. Management is so two faced and HR is worse. No one has an HR degree and none of the supervisors are professional or fair. I say stay unemployed instead of work for this company. Run as fast as you can and tell all your friends about this sight so they can pass the information on to others. There is no rating for this company because it's that bad.

Don't work here

Pros

None. There is not one good thing to say about working here.

Cons

They treat their employees like children. They do not like anybody who thinks for themselves. It's like working for Big Brother. Also, for the amount of constant pressure you are under from your supervisors and customers the pay is ridiculously low.

Pros

I don't see any pros about this job.

Cons

I agree with the previous employee about the old hags for management. The "manager" would stand around and gossip and then yell at employees if they so much as said two words to their neighbor. The job was torturous and the management was a joke.
