    Negative Outlook

I have been working at King Abdullah University of Science and Technology full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Very good salary, very good technical experience.

    Cons

Bad allocation of resources: Management have Aramco projects experience, people with project management experience run Operations and people with Network Management experience run projects while people with Operations experience are asked to run projects ! Under qualified individuals are hired and promoted based on ethnic origins rather than technical qualifications.
