Pros
A company that thrives on innovating and disrupting in one way or another. A company that's willing to listen to a different perspective. Great people with an unrivalled work-life balance. Wins are consistently being celebrated as a team. Oh, and the 4 pm Friday beer fridge is a good cherry on top.
Cons
Just like any open-plan office, noise travels but the benefits of it outway noise when you can just move somewhere quite or work from home if necessary.

Pros
The culture here at king kong is envied by most other agencies world wide. we are all passionate about digital marketing and it shows! Previously whenever i spoke to friends and family about digital marketing they would just stare blankly at me like i was speaking another language... This is now a thing of the past! I now have 80 people who are happy and even excited to talk digital marketing with me every single day! (along with normal people topics lol ) Plus the work is amazing! Seeing the impact we have on peoples lives everyday is the reason I wake up and come to work! We honestly are a team of elite marketers and I'm proud to tell people I work at king kong!
Cons
With any job you'll have bad things... at King Kong the worst thing is having to battle Sabri for the #1 table tennis player title..he's pretty good NGL!

Pros
King Kong's a pretty great place to work if I'm being honest. I always feel supported, valued and heard. The company culture makes it a joy to come to work and not just a regular 9-5.
Cons
Very fast-paced working environment with a big emphasis on autonomy, so if you aren't open to planning out your own schedule it probably won't work for you.

Thank you for the feedback. We do love allowing our tribe to take charge of their day and plan it out in a way that works best for them.

Pros
If you're looking at reviews before you apply for a role here, this is one for you. Apply, you won't regret it if you are given the opportunity to work here. The culture is second to none, you become part of a community of incredible digital experts who are empowered to grow in not just the field you are already an expert in but areas you are interested in that will further round you as a digital marketing expert. You will have the opportunity to put what you learn to full use and see the amazing impact it can have, check out the testimonials on the website for more on this! The diverse range of awesome clients across the world will challenge you in great ways as you form strong partnerships and be part of the journey of tangible growth with each one. You will be mentored each step of the way by business peers and celebrated for the successes so often seen.
Cons
The challenges are what you would expect at any agency but this is the opportunity for the individual to tackle them, to not be afraid to ask for help, training or guidance and to ultimately become great with time management, resilience, balance and taking part. You need to be invested in your craft, motivated and naturally inquisitive, it will only help you and you will be supported each step of the way. Welcome in the challenges, it's part of the magic of agency life.

Pros
Honestly, I love everything about working at King Kong. I used to watch King Kong's youtube videos of team meetings and imagine what it would be like to work there. Fast forward a year and I do work here now and can confidently say it's exactly what I imagined and more. The culture is great, everyone is genuinely friendly, welcoming and supportive. The management really do care and aren't overbearing, they definitely give you your freedom. Working here you learn so much, from all sides of digital marketing, not just your own department. When you 'kick goals', appreciation is shown for all your hard work. Even non-work related milestones in your life are celebrated and you get all kinds of surprises and kind gestures throughout the year. Can't recommend working here enough.
Cons
I wouldn't call it a 'con' but you do need to work hard in your role to succeed. King Kong will provide you all the support and tools to succeed but you still need to put in the hard work and develop strong problem solving skills to make that happen.
