I have been working at King & Wood Mallesons full-time

      Pros

Great staff benefits, great cafe with subsidised food, good systems to work with, great offices. There is a great social scene if your into that sort of thing.

      Cons

Nothing major, It can be a bit political, work at times isn’t distributed equally. It can be hard joining groups that are very tight knit. But these cons are to be expected in most law firms.

      Negative Outlook

I worked at King & Wood Mallesons full-time for more than 2 years

      Pros

Lawyers are lovely and plenty of workplace perks

      Cons

      - Treated like you should feel honoured to be there and are completely expendable - HR do not support growth - Junior employees are taken advantage of

      Advice to Management

Focus on employee retention and pay employees what they are worth. Your best staff are leaving because they are not being looked after.

I worked at King & Wood Mallesons full-time

      Pros

Client floor had a great view in most of the offices in Australia

      Cons

Not collegiate, everyone for themselves, tokenism re gender diversity, zero investment in people if you're not on the legal side, have to watch your back all the time with office politics at an all time high. No one worked together, each team for themselves and the support team just running around trying to please those who shout the loudest,

      Advice to Management

Create a business based on values not revenues.
