They don't differentiate between regular employee and intern so they take you seriously Team members are extremely helpful. I learned a lot. The work life balance is very good

Rarely you find very good teammates and managers from whom you can learn a lot(Much related to technology but not related to your project).

Get great head start on Kony Quantum as you will know what does not work on the platform before you know what does. Kony believes that interns can do everything that seniors can. Their products show the shadow of interns.

Few teams don't have work at all. Employees sit idle for months. Most of the employees kill time just to delay work. Team leads don't know what's going on in team completely (only partial knowledge).
