Room to learn new things, the people are excellent overall. They treat their employees well by any standard. The schedule is usually excellent and management cares about their employees wellbeing overall.
Cons
The place feels like a circus on fire most of the time. Stay away from shipping dept. The people are wonderful, but they are treated the worst in the company. Be careful of how much effort you put in, the more you excel the more others will foist their responsibilities upon you and management will not care one bit, it will drive you mad and it will break your spirit.
