    Pros

    - Grad program / Young Guns / Guns - Great new Sydney HQ

    Cons

    - Can’t win work - Too focussed on innovation / transformation to Deliver 2025 - need to go back to basics and win work then deliver to budget (trying to walk before we crawl) - need to be in business in 2025 in the first place

    Advice to Management

    - Go back to basics - forget innovation THINK sustainability (being around in 2025) - Comms team need realistic comms not to always paint the picture as being very rosy
