      Great team of people but limited in growth opportunities

      Pros

      The employees and owners are very gracious and helpful. There is a real "family" mentality. Good work-life balance. Vast opportunities to learn.

      Cons

      Limited budgets. A technical training company that generally tries to skimp on technology to save money at every turn. Sometimes inept management staff.
