I have been working at Leidos full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Work life balance is extremely accommodating, RDO, choice of working from home or at multiple offices, flexible on start and finish times being altered occasionally and generous on giving time for illness/family concerns. Remuneration packages are by negotiation and are usually well above the market average for every role. Many highly technical and knowledgeable staff and most managers are welcoming, friendly, accommodating and helpful. All up this is the best company that I have ever worked for.

    Cons

There is some degree of sexism remnant from the last expansion and sort of a boys club in the middle management layer.

I worked at Leidos full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Work life balance can be okay if you have a good manager but they have little push to assist you. They used to pay a fairly good salary but have been cost-cutting recently - you pay peanuts, you get monkeys.

    Cons

Nepotism and bullying in a lot of areas. No career prospects and not willing to give a chance to expand skills into other areas. Not willing to hire people with potential. Very much a 'boys club' culture. Too busy hiding the fact there are a few amazing resources propping up teams to being to try and fix the problems. Refuse to do anything about identified points of failure. If you're not a favourite of the right person you will be side-lined.
