    Pros

    Large company with a number of opportunities if one is prepared to move to where work is as international company this allows global exposure. The diverse nature of company aĺlows one tobatay within same company whilst changing careers

    Cons

    Small cog in big wheel - not always across reasons company makes decisions. Being a listed entity often decisions màde with share price in mind this includes cost cutting by reducing staff numbers which is not always the best way.

    Large company that has numerous projects that allow for multiple opportunities

    Cons

    The company does not live up to its own values (People are the foundation to our success). There is no career development or training. Morotorium on promotions and salary increases. Tend to hire new employees rather than promote.

    I worked at Leighton Contractors for less than a year

    Pros

    a large company with a lot of options to move internally. many of the employees were fantastic, however my experience with my direct reports was vial and inappropriate.

    Cons

    There is significant cut backs on jobs and offshore decisions to be made, so a lot of redundancies will occur for 2014, and no increase in salaries. A salary freeze has started.
