    I worked at Leighton full-time

    Pros

Can only think of a couple for this. - The offer of Flexi-time is a bonus allowing early finish and starts. - Office location isn't too bad and working environment is decent. - Good opportunity for grads to start and build up some experience

    Cons

    - Parking is an absolute nightmare to the point where the business park owners are now issuing parking tickets on site although there is not enough spaces for everyone. - There seems to be a real lack in attracting experienced Developers which in-turn shows and affects work bids. - They rely heavily on one contract which if lost could result in serious consequences. - There is no real progression through-out different positions. - Pay for experienced employees is not realistic. - Benefits are almost non-existent.

    Cons

I have no current issues with the company.

I have been working at Leighton full-time for less than a year

    Pros

Good opportunities to work with big clients on interesting projects, everyone's friendly from the moment you start working there. flexible hours makes it easier for the mornings and going home. Constantly learning new things. People are always welcoming to help you if you need it. Relaxed interview already felt at ease with people. Easy to get to on both bus and car.

    Cons

Car park on the main building fills up very quick so you have to be in early to grab a good space.

Flexible working hours, flexible on working environment, friendly staff, focus on work life balance - not encouraged to work late. Encouragement to choose a role that suits the person - if you don't feel comfortable, there is usually the chance to move around

    Cons

Parking is poor, pay could be more incentivised
