      Pros

      The team at Levelwing is incredible. Everyone is talented, supportive, and always willing to collaborate. I feel very fortunate to work with such a dedicated and inspiring group of people.

      Cons

      Working remotely is great in many ways, but I do miss the face-to-face interaction with my team members. While remote work has its perks, I look forward to the annual Summit in Charleston where we all get to connect in person!

      The people are the best part and there is real camaraderie. Generous PTO and even a paid sabbatical after 4 yrs.

      The work can be challenging at times.
