I worked at Live Nation Entertainment full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

    Exciting environment
    Room to grow
Passionate people genuinely seeking to improve the experience for both the fans and the industry as a whole

    Cons

Extremely poor renumeration packages. While this is par for the course though the industry, Live Nation are allowing a lot of talent to slip through their fingers as employers leave to earn higher amounts (at least 50% in most cases) in other sectors. LN might want to consider being the exception to the rule.

    Advice to Management

Pay staff what they are worth and perhaps there will be improved staff retention

I worked at Live Nation Entertainment full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

The people, the perks and the music is what keeps you there for a long time and complacent. You won't find a superb environment like this in other music industries. Good work environment, benefits, PTO and vaca time.

    Cons

However, the pay is not what keeps everyone here. To get ahead most people have to leave the company, then come back to earn an okay increase.

I have been working at Live Nation Entertainment part-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Free concert tickets (sometimes), positive energy, meeting many music fans, great management, end of season bonus

    Cons

Very low pay, no ticket discounts, many employees

    Advice to Management

Workers should be paid at least a little more than 7.25 per hour. But I still would not take another higher paying job over this one because it is overall wonderful.
