    Pros

Good overall package and competitive salary

As financial services transformation accelerates in an increasing environment of uncertainty the true value of colleagues has become lost in senior management buzz words, self preservation and being seen to say rather than do the right things.

I worked at Lloyds Banking Group full-time for more than 10 years

    Pros

Pay and company benefits were great great opportunity to network across the company plenty of extra curricular activities and groups to join opportunities to develop your career in-house

    Cons

Advertised position and interviewed for it only to remove it after telling me I WAS successful for the role Constant waves of redundancies within the group from the sale of TSB and merger of Halifax and Lloyds. at least once a year we had to re-apply for the role we had which leaves people disengaged! Felt like there was a constant change of senior management, each one would bring their own initiatives and methods, which we would implement only to have to change them again when a new senior manager came on board.
