Pros

The company strives to use new technologies.

Cons

The company promotes an egocentric culture, this disrupts all company relationships, whether between employees, teams and managers. There is a strong and hidden competition within the company. Career plans are impossible for those who do not work after hours.

Pros

The people. Most of them. That's literally all it had going for it.

Cons

- no benefits (no pension no useful medical aid) - lack of culture - zero to low salary increments (not guaranteed) - false promises from HR and Senior Management - snake in the grass vibe, the seniors are all in clicks like royalty while us "peasants" that keeps the company afloat get peanuts, and no one listens to our very useful insight as people that actually do and understand the work. It all falls on deaf ears. - they have a section in their monthly wraps that include "Lobster Leavers". At least 1-4 people resign each month. It's that common. - senior management dont bother to greet or learn names. Overheard the boss introducing our entire production department to a new senior and he whispered and laughed that he didnt know our names. Pathetic. - zero recognition or thanks. Management only thank themselves instead of the actual workers. It's one big circle j*rk. - below market wages. They will lowball you given the chance. - stubborn management. Pretentious and stubborn. People are dropping left and right and they are absolutely baffled by it. No jokes. They are legitimately confused about it. - parking not guaranteed (fine if remote working) - no bonuses - constantly changing work processes - forcing employees to work overtime and spend personal time on ways to increase productivity. Heres an idea. If you want the work of 30 people to be done efficientially, hire 30 people, dont be happy with the team of 5 who are tired and keep complaining to deaf ears. Then wonder why they leave for being overworked, underappreciated and underpaid.
