Pros
It is hard to identify too many pros from my experience with Logikal. It was a role with a lot of promise that didn't eventuate in any way at all.
Cons
Failure to set-up work, role or budgets properly. Failure to align approach between UK and Australia. Direct knock-on effect on work experience. Very poor management behaviours. Disorganised. Internal conflicts. Changed mind on fundamental issue. Unable to resolve simple issues. A lack of commitment and complete absence of support for team members.
