    Pros

    Competitive pay, Good management teams, Good place to learn a retail business.

    Cons

    Constant restructures. IF a customer complains, they will get something for free. too many "work arounds" instead of fixing the process, Horrible use of technology.

    Advice to Management

    Find a process that works, and stick to it. Quit trying to reinvent the wheel. Stop creating new programs with no one left to execute them. One employee can only accomplish so much.

    Being able to learn more and more everyday and being able to help someone improve where they live.

    Working long hrs missing out on special events!

    Pros

    Good opportunities for advancement, flexible hours for part time workers. Good training programs.

    Cons

    Weekends are mandatory for part time workers. Full time usually get one weekend off out of four. Hours do not allow balance work/family time.

    Management works with you. They are flexible a long as you do your job, and are not a painful associate.

    Cons

    They lack accountability for the bad apples, at times.

    Pros

    Under new Executive Management, the correct changes are being made to restore this great company. Very Generous and veteran supportive.

    Cons

    Typical politics at district level to protect favorites. No procedure in place for employee discipline due process when allegations are disputed.

    Advice to Management

    Look at applicant and associate overall value to maximize quality of overall team in all aspects.
