At the risk of sounding like a broken record and repetitive, I 100% agree with most other reviewers. This is a very toxic environment to work in filled with extreme Nepotism and bias, bordering on racism. If you're not a family member, Vietnamese, or a "yes" man...you'll be low man on the totem pole always no matter how well you do your job. That's just the blunt truth of the matter. CEO is very rigid in his thought process and acts as if he is the all knowing in every subject matter, which is far from correct. All of the dept. "heads/management" the years I worked there, with the exception of one, are all related to the CEO in one way or another. Most had no experience, expertise, nor business being in the position they were and would never be hired elsewhere in those positions. They are only there due to Nepotism and favoritism. Their product is so focused in one tiny segment of the market that it is always simply a carbon copy of a competitor's product with a diff picture on it. That makes Lunex's product late in being "new" or "innovative" in a very competitive market where pennies actually make a difference in this product. The CEO and Management need to carefully read these reviews and take them to heart to make meaningful changes, but unfortunately they probably won't since they never think they're wrong and know everything. If you're thinking about working there, don't say you weren't warned.
