      - Lot of money with MDLR management - No Pressure & Relax atmostphere - Have some brand value (negative but people know MDLR)

      Cons

      They have repute of openning new venture and then closing it. We 50 people joined their new venture OXE MOBILE and as expected it shut down within an year. Till now many are struggling . - With Mr. Kanda Infamous link-up with the girl, the gossip never ends - Salary were never regular
