I have been working at MNF Group full-time

    Pros

A very friendly and exciting environment with realistic expectations from a graduate. Good perks and benefits are given to employees.

    Cons

I feel that the company can set better KPIs for the graduates. The current process of setting your own goals can involve some more goals being given to you as a graduate.

I have been working at MNF Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

This company has different departments in Telecommunication and software industry. As a result, you will learn a lot from it. It's a very fast-paced environment as they are growing in 7 countries, so it means job security for the employees. The engineers are experienced and knowledgable and eager to share their knowledge. You will be forced to learn new stuff.

    Cons

You should spend lots of your personal time to study as environment is a fast-paced one, otherwise, you cannot catch up with your team.

MNF has given me the freedom to learn and grow, not only with new projects and challenges but also in learning courses that have helped further my career and new interests.

I worked at MNF Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

Good culture and fun working environment. Great work life balance. Friendly, hard working and talented coworkers.

    Cons

Lack of industry training and upskilling opportunities. Negative stigma around working from home. Salary significantly below market average. No performance/promotion review completed after working there for ~2 years. Priorities are always changing for unknown reasons. Employee concerns often brushed off/disregarded by senior management.

Thank you for sharing your review and what you like about working at MNF. It’s good to hear that you think we have a nice office and a good balance between work and life. Salary and culture are very important to us. We don’t get everything right, and there is always room for improvement. I would be interested to understand more about your experience and would be grateful if you could contact our PX team for a confidential discussion about it.

    MNF Group Response

    October 24, 2019CEO

Thanks for sharing your feedback. I am glad that you enjoyed our unconventional work culture and that you enjoyed watching football. I care deeply for our employees and like to provide benefits that reward and recognise hard work. I note your concern about lack of information. Our rapid growth has been great, but I am mindful that it has also presented challenges, particularly to our employees. Unfortunately, I have not always been able to share everything, as we are a publicly listed company. I’ve increased the frequency of All Hands for company updates. However, I want to create an open culture and my door is always open.

I have been working at MNF Group full-time for more than a year

    Pros

We are rapidly adopting a lot of great technologies (Golang, Kubernetes, AWS) to position MNF as a global software and telco player The teams are actively improving their engineering practices so that we can deploy more effectively - come and help us do this! Agile at MNF = Teams own and support their technology decisions People who get excited about pushing for engineering improvements would fit in well

    Cons

MNF is going through a massive technical and Agile transformation which is hard in any organisation. There is a fine line between enough change, and too much change. I believe we have a good balance at the moment. You personally have to think about if this is the type of change that excites you about an organisation.
