      Great CEO who has been kind and generous, not to mention hardworking and puts employees first. No politics and staff are generally friendly and helpful. Proud to be part of the Company's success and reputation both here and globally.

      1. Subject matter experts in the company 2. Clear business directions 3. Well-established operations structure in place 4. Colleagues are generally friendly 5. Bonus is reasonable as the company is profitable

      Cons

      1. Need to have at least 1 day WFH policy to attract talents 2. To introduce Family Care Leave for staff who are also care giver.
