      Most of the people are nice to work with

      No support from senior managers or HR. Bullying, intimidation and harassment of staff by senior members of the company No structure for any workers

      Terrible place for personal development & career development

      Golden handshake, pays well, little work, can get away with doing minimal work

      Cons

      Lack of personal & career development, little learning opportunity, lack of initiative & ambition from surrounding team, lack of support from team for development etc. Speaks volumes about the business when the regional leader, area manager, & senior engineer all leave within the same month to pursue other opportunities.
