They don't watch your overtime, so take advantage.
Cons
The owner. While being an excellent sales person, he will lie to you and manipulate you. The place pays below market for all employees and runs them into the ground. No management training. Disorganized with no intention of improving. The owner does not want things to get better. He thrives in the chaos while everyone suffers. Quality is terrible. Bolts are routinely loose. Be warned customers! Did I mention the lying owner?
