Pros

Intelligent colleagues, lots of challenge, always looking at something interesting, great global mobility options (except when trying to come home to head office), good remuneration.

Cons

Top heavy which makes it difficult to get promoted from middle management if not in an income producing role (due to it being a great place to work and also the profit share/retention approach which results in senior people not moving on), demanding results driven culture, work life balance. Hard to get ahead without a sponsor. Lots of interviews (6+) and psyc testing to get hired. Talk of supporting women and D&I but don't always demonstrate it.

A lot of regulation, both internal and external. Increasing focus on checking various boxes rather than delivering results.
