I have been working at Macquarie Group full-time for more than 3 years

    Pros

Intelligent people, hard workers, a mixed bag of people. Every day people clocking in 9 to 5 and then your hardcore types who are driven and want to make their way up the corporate ladder.

    Cons

HR policy of not increasing salary or title during the year and will only do so in July each year. No clear guidelines for pay at each level and varies a lot.
